  • Parking? There is off-street parking for two cars.
  • Outdoor Storage? There are two outdoor, unlocked, storage facilities with this unit. There is a closet off the patio and a second, fenced storage area on the opposite side of the house.
  • Yard? The house is surrounded by small, maturing garden areas. Designed with Kihei's sunny weather and subsequent demand for water in mind they are largely mulched with cinders, so there is no grass. They contain a number of drought-tolerant plants such as Cordyline, Plumbago, Oleander, Ti, two varieties of Sansaveria and several assorted succulents. There are several mature Plumeria trees in a range of unusual colors as well as a number of transplanted Plumeria cuttings which are coming along nicely.

Nearby

    This unit is conveniently placed for drivers. It is at the North end of Kihei so has quick and easy access to the North Kihei Road leading to Maalaea and Lahaina as well as to the Mokulele Highway leading to Kahului.

    The nearest (Tesoro) Gas Station is five minutes away at the Ohukai Road/Piilani Highway intersection.

    The ocean - and the local bus-stop - is an easy two-block walk away.
